Our experience tells us that visitors to San Antonio like to have many options in terms of accommodations. Our visitors like to bring their families for short vacations when traveling here for conferences and seminars. Even if your only plans are to stay one evening and leave right away, you may prefer a more welcoming site for the event.

Therefore, rather than closing you off in a cold, windowless hotel conference room, we have selected an open, airy, park-like setting with a sophisticated, business environment and all the amenities you need. Breakfast and lunch are provided so you won't have to spend more money or, waste energy sweating the small things.

San Antonio is an All-America City and One of America's Four Unique Cities. It's diverse, dynamic, cosmopolitan, and modern with that Old-World Charm. You could say we're a small city or a big town. Either way, San Antonio is friendly and you have to experience it when you get the chance.

Hints For Making The Right Travel Plans:

1. I'm Driving or Flying Into San Antonio and Staying Just One Night, But My Main Concern is a Budget Hotel:

One of the most reasonable hotels is less than a 5-minute taxi ride to the Leon Valley Conference Center. 2. I'm Driving Into San Antonio and Staying Just One Night, So I Prefer a Hotel Near the Conference Center:

Because you're driving, it's best to stay near the Leon Valley Conference Center to make your morning commute to the seminar shorter and easier. You'll find that hotels are reasonably priced and located a very short driving distance to the Leon Valley Conference Center. The Super 8 Motel, #10 on the list, has rates starting at $56 per night.

3. I'm Flying Into San Antonio, Staying Just One Night, Need a Taxi or Rental Car, and Prefer a Hotel Near the Airport:

If you don't want to rent a car, consider a hotel near the airport because they tend to have airport shuttles that can pick you up when you arrive. Keep in mind that you'll need a taxi on Friday morning to get to the Leon Valley Conference Center. Print a map from here and keep it with you. Morning commute to the Leon Valley Conference Center is a short 10 - 15 minute taxi ride from any airport-area hotel. You are welcome to bring your luggage to the seminar and keep it behind our registration area during the seminar. We can help you arrange a taxi to the airport after the seminar. 4. I'm Bringing The Family and Making a Short Vacation of It:

Whether you're driving into San Antonio, or flying and renting a car, stay near the Leon Valley Conference Center for three very good reasons:
First, it's easier to get to the seminar on Friday morning; Second, if you prefer visiting Sea World and Fiesta Texas, it's centrally located to both theme parks and only a 15 - 20 minute drive from each; and Third, if you want to visit theme parks and downtown attractions (Alamo, El Mercado, RiverWalk, Theater District, RiverMall Shopping), it's centrally located to everything and only a 15 - 20 minute drive from all these destinations. If you only plan to visit downtown attractions, choose a hotel downtown. Your morning drive to the seminar on Friday will only be 15-20 minutes. Family staying downtown can easily get around by Street Trolley. Print a map from here and keep it with you.
